Fees
1/2 Day (up to 4 hours – 2 parties)
$250/hourly; a two (2) hour minimum, for domestic matters. Any additional amount of time will be charged at an additional hourly rate.
Complimentary Beverages will be provided for Counsel and the Parties.
Full Day (up to 8 hours – 2 parties)
$325/hourly; a four (4) hour minimum, for domestic matters. Any additional amount of time will be charged at an additional hourly rate.
Complimentary Lunch will be provided for Counsel and the Parties to allow us to work efficiently toward reaching a settlement.
Terms of Service:
Payment: We require full payment seven (7) days prior to the mediation and arbitration date. No personal checks are accepted.
Payments are to be made at https://www.inspiredmediation.com/Online-Payment/
Persons representing themselves (Pro se), shall remit payment of fees prior to the mediation/arbitration date.
Governing Law and Venue:
Any disputes relating to all agreements and/or services between the parties shall be governed by the laws in the county of Palm Beach, in the state of Florida.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for Mediations or Arbitrations must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the mediation date.
If not, the Mediation/Arbitration fees must be paid in full.
All cancelations must be confirmed in writing via email or Fax.
